Everyone who has joined this group is suffering in some way. I have suffered from depression, anxiety, and more. I can understand what you are going through. It is not easy. Some of us feel trapped in our situations.
I have been able to climb out of the pit to a place where I feel good about my life, and you can also. These weekly meetings are held to offer techniques for you to heal and get beyond your suffering. The sessions can help you to improve your well-being and sense of contentment with life.
Your suffering is our suffering. We are all in this together. And it is together as a community that we can help lift each other out of our isolation. Please join our weekly meetings. We would love to meet you and hear your story. You don’t have to be alone.
