Talk Two: Scaling Smarter not Harder - A Closer Look at Karpenter
Karpenter, the Cluster Autoscaler from Kubernetes, enables fast, efficient, and cost-optimized scaling for both CPU and GPU workloads, without manual setup or complex tuning. However, integrating it into a cloud platform is not trivial. In this session, we'll explore how Exoscale became the first Tier-2 cloud provider to offer native Karpenter support, and take a closer look at the engineering challenges behind the implementation.
