A very warm welcome to the London Centre website!
The London Centre is a branch of Self-Realization Fellowship (SRF), which was founded in 1920 by Paramahansa Yogananda in order to disseminate the scientific meditation technique of Kriya Yoga.
If you would like to know more about the timeless teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, a good starting point is his Autobiography of a Yogi. This spiritual classic has been an inspiration for so many people and can be found in our book room, at SRF’s online bookstore, among many others.
