Welcome to a creative space where thrill-seeking readers and aspiring writers come together to explore the art of storytelling, suspense, and cliffhangers that keep you turning the page.
Whether you’re a writer with an idea brewing or a reader who loves discovering raw, unpolished talent — this group is for you.
We meet in person at Strathpine Library — conveniently located next to the train station and with free parking.
At each event, we:
• Learn the secrets of page-turning fiction (including Thomas Mai’s 10 Rules of Suspense Storytelling)
• Take on fun writing challenges like the 30-Day First Chapter Challenge
• Host Live Reading Nights, where writers share their work and readers get front-row seats
• Build community, give feedback, and fuel each other’s stories
No experience required. No pressure. Just a welcoming, creative environment full of plot twists and encouragement.
