Group Meditation

Weekly on Wednesday at 6.00pm
If you’re an established meditator and would enjoy the occasional group sitting, or are new to meditation/mindfulness and would like some encouragement, do join us.
Busy life often squeezes out opportunities to sit peacefully at home so this could be a restorative break away from everyday distractions, and all are welcome.

Our front door will be open from 5.45 and we will start promptly at 6.00. Note: in the summer we start half an hour later.
Unlike our satsang gatherings no refreshments will be provided after the sitting which will end at about 6.30. If anyone wants to arrange a seperate free one-to-one with Kate for meditation/mindfulness guidance please ask.
