Jacksonville Think Tank for Leaders:
Why Change Efforts Stall — and What to Do About It

Most organizations do not struggle because leaders lack effort. They struggle because performance, culture, and change are being managed inside systems that were never designed to support them. This Jacksonville Think Tank is built around that issue: why so many change efforts stall, and what leaders need to examine if they want stronger execution, better alignment, and more sustainable results.

Join a small group of local leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants, and decision-makers for a focused conversation on the structural questions behind organizational performance and change. This is not a generic leadership talk. It is a working session for people who want to think more clearly about why accountability slips, initiatives stall, and teams struggle to stay aligned as organizations grow.

During the session, we will explore questions like why leadership teams get stuck in operations, why “people issues” are often separated from business performance, and why many organizations still rely on outdated structures that no longer fit today’s demands. Attendees leave with new perspectives, thoughtful dialogue with other leaders, and practical insight they can apply in their own organizations.
