Welcome to FinOps in Leeds 2024! We're going to take a look at how enterprises in the North East are responding to the challenges of rapidly-growing cloud usage and spend.
First off, we have short, 'Lightning Talks' from local FinOps practitioners, bringing you up to date on what is happening on the Leeds FinOps scene and describing FinOps tactics you might use in your own organisation.
After the lightning talks, there will be 3 Focus Sessions allowing a more in-depth and interactive look at some of the key FinOps challenges that organisations are tackling in 2024.
We will conclude with refreshments and informal networking.
