Plant a Food Forest!

Calling all nature lovers, community builders, and green enthusiasts! We invite you to be a part of something truly special – the creation of a vibrant Food Forest at the Riverside Community Garden in Austell, GA. The Food Forest will be planted next to the South Cobb Recreation Center.

🌳 Planting for a Purpose: Join us as we come together to plant a Mini Food Forest that will not only enhance the beauty of the Riverside Community Garden, but also provide a free source of fresh, local produce for the community.

🌻No Experience Needed: Bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to get your hands dirty! Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. There will be kid-friendly volunteer activities, and there is a playground connected to the property for younger children to enjoy. Whether you're an experienced gardener or a first-time planter, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn, connect, and make a lasting impact on the community.
