Construction Tour of Euclid High Performance Home

Join us for a tour of this home designed with lots of attention to the energy performance details! Featuring all electric HVAC system with both ducted and mini-split heat pumps as well as a heat recovery ventilator (HRV), Monokast engineered foundation walls, Zip-R sheathing, EPA compliant zero-clearance fireplace, wood I-joist rafters for the cathedral ceiling and more, this is a great chance to see high performance products in action before the interior drywall goes up. Architect Rob Shearer provided technical expertise and guidance to help realize the owner's vision for the house. You will be able to chat directly with the homeowner about choices made and lessons learned!

We will meet by the garage, get an overview of the house and design process, and then have an informal tour with plenty of time for questions. We look forward to meeting some of our newer members in person!
