Laurel Ridge Trail - Buford Dam Park - 4.2 miles - Moderate

This is a great little local trail, with some elevation, some woods, some stream & lake views, and even some super views of parking lots 😊. Mileage is about 4, but I plan to try to stretch that out a Tad bit more to get us safely over that amount.

The hike will start from the meeting place at 10:15a.m. in the Lower Overlook Road trailhead parking area. The meeting spot will be outside of the restrooms. This lot does not require a parking fee to the best of my knowledge.

Please note, I do like to and will start events on time so please do not be late for the consideration of all attendees. So, I recommend that you get there a good 10 minutes or so before.

Our group hikes at about 2.5 mph. Not a sprint, but not a crawl either. Please keep this in mind before joining this hike.

I'm really sorry, but doggies are not permitted on this trail. Not my idea, I promise. House rules.
