Unicoi Gap to Chattahoochee Gap ~ 9 miles strenuous

Let's Take-a-Hike and complete the 3rd hike to knock out this AT section.

We will begin the hike at Unicoi Gap and Hike to Chattahoochee Gap and then back to Unicoi Gap. This hike is about 9 miles with 2170 ft elevation gain. This hike starts out with 1100 ft of elevation in the first mile!

We will meet at 10am at the Jack's Gap trailhead. Please make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks and hiking poles are recommended. We will stop for a short break at Chattahoochee Gap.
