South Carolina Waterfall Adventure! Beginner Friendly

Let's go chasing waterfalls! (don't let crossing the state lines scare you as we have driven farther in GA to hike!)

This will be a multiple waterfall hike adventure!

Hike #1: Chau-Ram Falls Trail in Chau-Ram County Park
This hike is about a mile long with only 145ft of elevation.

Hike #2: Stumphouse Tunnel at Stumphouse Park
This is about a 20 minute drive from Chau-Ram County Park

Hike #3: Issaqueena Falls at Stumphouse Park
We can reach the Issaqueena Falls from the same parking lot.
The trail to the observation deck is only 1/4 of a mile.

Hike #4: Yellow Branch Falls Trail in the Sumter National Forest
This is only about a 5 minute drive from Stumphouse Park - across Hwy 28
Parking Fee: $5
This trail is listed at 3.2 miles and 480 ft of elevation gain.

We will meet at the Chau-Ram Falls Trailhead at 9:30am to begin our adventure! Please bring plenty of water and snacks.
