Let's Take-a-Hike at Wildcat Creek!
Note: This will be an exploratory hike.

This hike can be described as a strenuous adventure! Don't worry... we will stick to the trail. The hike is listed on AllTrails as 10.6 miles with 2132 ft of elevation. There are several creek crossings (up to calves) so prepare to get your feet wet! The reward is two waterfalls! I am reading on AllTrails that one may be difficult to get to so there may be some downed tree scrambling.

A hunting license, fishing license or Georgia Lands Pass is required for each person. A one day fishing license can be purchased for $5 + fees online at gooutdoorsgeorgia.com.

Please bring plenty of water, snacks and hiking poles. It will be hot in August but hopefully the creek crossings will cool us off!

We will meet at the trailhead at 9am. I have pinned the location on the map. There is parking on the right. Wildcat Campground Road is a gravel Rd but I am reading that it is doable.

Now for the disclaimers: please remember that you will be participating at your own risk as Suwanee Take-a-Hikers assumes absolutely no liability (nada, zilch, zip, jack squat) for adverse events which may occur during meetups.
