This meetup provides a friendly environment where both Koreans and Korean language learners gather together to study each other's languages. We share our stories written in languages we are learning and read them to each other, and have conversations.
Anything that you have learned and any materials are fine to share! You don't have to be perfect. It is totally fine!
이 곳은 한국인과 한국어 학습자들이 다 같이 모여서 언어를 공부하는 곳입니다. 자신이 배우고 있는 언어로 쓴 이야기를 가져와서 서로에게 읽어주고 이야기를 나누며 공부합니다. 어떤 것이든 다 괜찮습니다. 주제는 자유입니다. 완벽하지 않아도 괜찮아요.

We don't have any strict limit on the level of proficiency. Anyone who are able to make short or simple sentences are also welcome. (but Korean learners must know how to read and write 한글 at least.)
언어 실력에 대해 엄격한 제한은 없습니다. 짧고 간단한 문장 정도만 만드실 수 있다면 참가 가능합니다. (다만 한국어 학습자는 적어도 한글을 읽고 쓸 수는 있어야 합니다.)

# Rules
1-1. RSVP opens at 8am on Tuseday. Minimum # of RSVPs is 4 by Sunday 9am, or the meetup will be automatically cancelled.
참가신청은 이번 주 월요일 오전 8시부터 가능하며, 일요일 오전 9시까지 RSVP(참가신청)이 4명 이상이 되지 않으면 모임은 자동적으로 취소됩니다.

1-2. Thus, If you RSVP without showing up, you will be temporarily prevented from joining. It is considered that you break the promise to come.
모임에 오시려면 RSVP(참가신청)버튼을 반드시 누르시고 오셔야 합니다. RSVP는 하나의 약속입니다. (RSVP 숫자 때문에 모임이 취소될 수가 있음)

1-3. Members can cancel attendance(RSVP) by Sunday 9:00am. If one cancel attendance after the appointed time, it will be considered 'break the promise to come'.
RSVP(참가신청) 취소는 일요일 오전 9시까지입니다. 9시 넘어서 참가 취소를 하시는 분에게는 패널티가 있습니다. 모임에 오려고 1 ~ 2시간 투자하시는 분들도 있기 때문입니다.

1-4. 비율이 맞지 않아 한국인이나 한국인 학습자끼리만 앉을 수도 있습니다. 그 때는 ChatGPT를 이용해 표현 검색 및 교정을 하는 것을 추천드립니다.
In situations where the ratio cannot be maintained, it is possible that only Koreans or only Korean learners will be seated together. In such cases, we recommend using ChatGPT for expression search and correction.
