TALK 01 - Native Page Transitions in SvelteKit

Shared Element Transitions is a new experimental browser API that brings native page transitions to the web. Let's see how we can use them in SvelteKit. Note: since both the API and SvelteKit itself are not yet stable, the syntax could break at any time. However, the concepts should transfer.

TALK 02 - Moving a Team from React to Svelte

Why we moved from React to Svelte for Developer Experience and ultimately Business Experience.
Discussing why we felt Svelte provided a better Developer Experience than React allowing our teams to iterate quicker. How to discuss this with the Business and why the Business Experience matters as well.
