Mark Y. Liu
A capital markets attorney, Mark has over ten years of experience representing companies in all stages of development, from internet start-ups to established public companies. He has helped companies complete their initial public offerings on the NYSE, Nasdaq and the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and has advised both companies and investors on initial stage private equity investments, venture capital placements, debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Mark started his legal career at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington DC. He represented Amicorp as outside counsel at DLA Piper Hong Kong before joining Amicorp in 2013. He holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a B.S. in Business Administration from the Olin School of Business, Washington University. He is admitted to the Florida Bar.

She received her Law degree (J.D.) from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello from Caracas, Venezuela. She is a certified Trust and Estate Practitioner by Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Anabella has over 10 years of solid experience working in Venezuela, Miami and New York, coordinating and implementing all type of corporate entities and trusts in different jurisdictions (Caribbean, Asia, Europe), offering clients (among others), asset protection and estate planning solutions. Her previous professional experience includes working for prestigious law firms such as Mendoza, Palacios, Acedo, Borjas &PaezPumar and in “Ernst&Young” as Senior Tax Advisor, offering services regarding fiscal, corporate, Foreign Exchange Control Regime operations, Merger and Acquisitions, National and International Tax Planning. She has been with Amicorp for more than 6 years and during 2012 and 2013 ranked among the top 5 sales employees worldwide, for one of the two main verticals of the company.
