If you answered Yes to any of these, come along to this potent workshop to learn a powerful and simple tool that you can use yourself to release emotions; which will regulate your nervous system and have you back feeling your usual self, with a clearer and more grounded perspective. Using meridian tapping in a very specific way, I'll show you how.
------
Emotions can get sticky. When we experience intense emotions, there is always a valid reason for us to feel them - regardless of whether they are 'good' or 'bad'. Ideally, we should be able to feel it fully, validate our experience so that the life cycle of the emotion completes and releases. But how often do you actually experience this?
When an emotion doesn't complete through us, it lingers… maybe we become overwhelmed and drown in the feeling, then judge ourselves for it. Or we keep it in place by ruminating over it or talking about it to others using the same narrative that keeps us stuck. Or we suppress it and push it down, only for it to pop back up, often when we least want it to...
We were not designed to hold on to emotions. Little children are perfect examples of how healthy emotions are designed to flow through us.
This online workshop will teach you how to move through a trigger and find your way back to a more grounded YOU.
Come with a situation that has an emotional charge attached to it, that you are ready to shift - and we'll shift it in the workshop.
This is a fabulous opportunity to learn something that could change how you relate to your emotions, for good.
