What we’re about

Yoga is fascinating! It is a very simple powerful tool to connect to our breath and release tension. In the process, we develop flexibility and strength and body awareness!

I would love to share my enthousiasm about breath and yoga with you!

In the summer, however, I teach outdoors, the weather allowing it!

Hence the name of the group, as it happens that the Swans came toward our group while practising yoga at the border of the lake! :)
