Worms Head Hike Rhossili

Hello all,

I've been wanting to do this one for a while as it's quite a dramatic walk, being surrounded by the open ocean. It's not the easiest, with some rock scrambling to do, significant exposure and the need to be precise with tide times. I recommend everyone brings water, lunch/snacks, suitable footwear, spare clothes and suncream. However, this isn't a guided walk so everyone is responsible for their own safety. Below is the plan for the walk, please give it a read through:

Low tide: 1155 am
2- 2.5 hrs accessibility either side of low tide, meaning 2 pm is the cutoff for getting off Worms Head safely.

930 am: Meet outside National Trust Shop
945 am: Begin the walk
10 am: Walk onto Worms Head
11 am: Explore Worms Head
12 pm: Reach the tip of Worms Head and return back
1230 pm: Lunch in a sheltered spot
130 pm: Walk across the low tide rocks back onto the mainland

Car Park: National Trust or the cheaper, but smaller car park at Saint Mary's.
