Meditation in Cwmdonkin Park

A relaxing session after a day's work. We may pop to the beach after, depending on interest, since the session is only 630 - 730 pm. Meet at 610 pm though as we'll need to walk over there together. Meeting location is just at the entrance to the park where i've dropped a pin. Any issues finding us just message the organisers and/or put a message on the event page. I am not actually hosting the meditation, it's someone else's event but I am gathering people to join it.
