Swansea Bay Park Run

Come and join in with the Swansea Bay Park run. You don't need to be a running enthusiast to take part, just come along, walk, run, chat and just 'ave fun!

The run starts and ends at The Secret bar and kitchen along the seafront. There is a small amount of parking there, or free at the recreation ground only a 5 minute walk up the road.

The run starts at 9am so I would advise getting there for 8.45am.

If you have never been to a park run before, you need to register on the park run website in order to get a barcode. This barcode will give you your official time at the end of the race

I am happy to car share and can pick people up if need be.

Maybe we could also go for breakfast/brunch afterwards too, depending on how people are feeling!
