We’re taking over the courts for two hours of fast-paced fun, friendly games, and great vibes. No intense tournament stress here—just some fun, social games to hit your weekly cardio goals. We'll most likely have some rotational doubles matches so that everyone gets enough play time.

What to bring:

1. A badminton racquet
2. Some indoor sports shoes (preferably)
3. A water bottle (you’re gonna need it!)

The agenda:

1. Some light running and warm ups for 15 mins
2. The next 1.5hrs will be for games, depending on energy levels
3. Some fun activities to wind up for the last 15-20 mins, and we're done!
