Inner Peace and Healing Meetup

This meet-up will be held in the lounge area of The Olde Cross Keys, Swansea. It is envisaged that it should be a quiet and relaxed atmosphere given the day and time of the event. This meetup is for setting a path to inner-peace and setting the platform for Spiritual healing. All of this is closely linked to mental strength and stability and also self-esteem coupled with broadening our knowledge and understandings of ourselves and others. It is in essence about living a Spiritually healthy and authentic life.

Healing the Spiritual way is from the inside out, it's none of the sticky plaster approaches of patching up surface level issues, which can often be like plugging one leak only to discover another a short time later, but instead heal from our very cores/foundation of "self", which is a solid approach which not only lasts but continues to expand as one healing cog often touches and turns another.
