This networking group is for people offering, seeking or working in roles where compensation is deferred and/or contingent.
The sweat equity concept is commonly used in startup businesses, and could be applied in any business for any project – especially if there’s an element of risk involved and/or the return on investment will take some time.
Meetings will focus on connecting entrepreneurs with individuals willing to work in the spirit of sweat equity, i.e., under any contingent/deferred payment arrangement, whether it’s for an equity position, or a deferred salary or fee.
