Get Outside! Training for the Austin Half Marathon [Long Run]
Details
We're not religious but come join us for a Sole Sunday run at the Cathedral of Sweat (Fleet Feet Circle C) for a solid 1.5 hour all-pace run that will take us around the Southwest Austin neighborhoods.
- The plan will be to tackle 8 miles, comfortably.
Each week we add 1 mile as we train for the Austin Half Marathon.
We start at a conversational pace, get tired and just focus on the run ๐
This is meant for anyone looking to meet new people, network and generally take their minds off the everyday.
