Kickstart your weekend with movement, music, and meaning under the Miami sun!
Join Shayla Vega — 20-year fitness trainer, bikini athlete, yoga instructor, Thai yoga therapist, and Doctor of Divinity — for a one-of-a-kind Beach Body & Soul Experience that blends fitness, flow, spirituality, and community.

This is not just a class — it’s a day on the beach with purpose.
We move together, sweat together, and connect with something deeper.

### Schedule

9:30–10:30 AM — Yoga Flow
Start your morning grounded with a full-body yoga flow that awakens your energy and centers your mind. This session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and a bit of sunshine therapy. All levels welcome.

11-12 AM — Booty Bootcamp Fusion
A high-energy, fun, and empowering beach workout that fuses cardio, squats, kickboxing, and core training. Shayla’s unique “fusion fitness” style strengthens, tones, and uplifts — no equipment required.

12:00–1:00 PM — Spiritual Discussion & Connection Hour
Relax, grab a drink or snack, and join an open discussion about life, purpose, energy, and personal transformation. Led by Shayla Vega, this hour focuses on mindset, consciousness, and spiritual growth — real talk for real people.

1:00 PM–4:00 PM — Beach Party & Social Hour
Stay and play! Bring your beach towels, water, snacks, and good vibes. Connect with new friends, enjoy music, and celebrate your body and spirit in true Miami style.
