Welcome to the first session of my new fitness and training group! Join us for a fun and energizing 1-hour backyard workout that combines bodyweight exercises with military-style training elements. This session is designed to boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness — all at your own pace. Over time, I plan to grow this group and offer more sessions, so come be part of the start of something exciting!

  • 5–10 min warm-up (light cardio & stretches)
  • 20–25 min HIIT & bodyweight circuits (squats, push-ups, lunges, planks)
  • 10–15 min group drills inspired by military training (teamwork & fun challenges)
  • 5–10 min cooldown & stretching

What to Bring:

  • Comfortable workout clothes
  • Personal sport equipment if needed (yoga mat, resistance bands, gloves)

What I Provide:

  • Towels
  • Water

Who Can Join:

  • Open to all fitness levels — beginners welcome!
