Jazzercise is an exhilarating aerobic dance workout incorporating moves from hip-hop, Latin dance, ballet, Pilates, yoga, jazz dance, burlesque and kickboxing. The routines are choreographed to Macklemore, Pitbull, Bruno Mars and other top recording artists. Each 60-minute class includes a strength section with hand weights and floor work. Aerobics + dance + great music = a fun, effective workout!
