Monday morning hill workout followed by strength circuits on the playground. Bring your mat, jump rope and stretchy bands.
Meet in the parking lot behind the church. We will do the hill first--pick your pace: walk, jog, run or combination thereof, then we will pull stuff out our cars and do about 30 min of circuit work.
