Title: Create cross platform applications with Flutter
Tagline: Build Clean, Fast & Native-Quality Apps Across Platforms.
Description:
Imagine having a performant application to run on both iOS and android platforms without the hassel of maintaining different codebases.
Flutter is a cross-platform mobile development framework, which allows developers to write code in a single language (Dart) and compile it for multiple platforms making use of many of the language's more advanced features, such as:
- It is easy to learn and use, with a shallow learning curve.
- It is fast and efficient, with hot reloading allowing for fast iteration.
- It is highly customizable and extensible, allowing developers to create custom UI elements.
- It supports both Android and iOS platforms.
- It is open source and free to use.
What are we going to do during the session
- Introduction to flutter
- Handling basic States in the Widgets
- Creating the UI
- A basic home page with a add button
- Forms to create a task and edit it

Title : Backend As Service - AppWrite
Tagline: Unlocking the Power of Serverless Backend
Description:
Imagine building a web or mobile app and not having to worry about managing the backend infrastructure. Backend services are essential for developing complex applications. They provide the necessary infrastructure and components to build, manage, and deploy applications.
AppWrite is an open-source, end-to-end backend server for web and mobile applications. It simplifies the process of building and managing a backend by providing a comprehensive set of tools and features, including user authentication, database management, storage, and serverless functions.
Appwrite abstracts the complexity and repetitiveness required to build a modern backend API from scratch and allows you to build secure apps faster.
We are going to do the following during the session
- Intro to AppWrite
- Examples on how can we use it as a backend with almost no code for Authentication, Database, APIs
- Make use of Appwrite as backend for Flutter App
Prerequisites:
- Install Appwrite : https://appwrite.io/docs/installation
Speaker: to be announced
