Going Racket Sports @ MATCHi

Spring is here, Go 1.18 is out and the list of companies using Go in the Gothenburg region is rapidly increasing. After a short pandemic brake (hopefully the last) we're thrilled to invite the Go West community to our next gathering, this time at MATCHi!

MATCHi is a tech startup founded in 2012 in Gothenburg providing a platform for racket sports. If you've ever played Padel, you've probably encountered some of their services. With over 1400 bookable venues across 15 countries they have quickly established themselves as one of the fastest growing platforms for racket sports in the world. And do they use Go? Well join us on April 6th to find out ;)

After being heavy users of make for a couple of years Einride decided to extend its capabilities by throwing out the make-syntax altogether and write the code using Go instead (https://github.com/einride/sage).
