Hej!
This is a group for people wanting to meet socially to converse in Swedish, whether you are newly learning the language, wanting to keep practising the language or are fluent in it and happy to drop in and impress feel free to join and take part.The group is happily growing and always has room for more.
We are an easy going, friendly group aiming to meet monthly where possible and partake in range of activites and locations to provide variety.Cafe conversations over a cuppa are great opportunities to meet new friends, exchange knowledge, share stories and dialogues.
We regularly have fika at the Swedish Church on Sundays or attend other Swedish National days there. We also go to Swedish films and gather at a member house for lunch. We sometimes go to restaurants too and have picnics in Summer.
