Tillsammans bjuder Active Solution, numera Evidi, in till GitHub Copilot Dev Days tisdagen den 6 oktober kl. 17:30 på Dospace LINK i Linköping. Under kvällen får du ta del av tre tekniska sessioner som visar hur utvecklare kan arbeta smartare med GitHub Copilot, agenter, automatisering och återanvändbara AI-förmågor.

Jakob Ehn - Automate repository tasks with GitHub Agentic Workflows
What if your repository was already taken care of before you even opened it? In this session, we explore how agentic workflows can handle the routine work for you, from triaging issues and investigating CI failures to keeping documentation in sync and proposing improvements. All of it happens within boundaries you define, using workflows written in Markdown and executed through GitHub Actions, turning your repository into something that actively works with you rather than waiting for input.

Johan Nordberg - GitHub Copilot App: The Next Step in Agentic Development
From autocomplete in the editor to chat, then agents in the IDE, then a TUI, Copilot now has a dedicated desktop GUI for agentic work. This session walks that path quickly and then stays on the Copilot app: start from issues and PRs, run isolated sessions on git worktrees, and land changes through the same review and merge flow you already use. We go into the concepts that actually change how you work, including slash commands for planning, PRs, checks, and orchestration. You leave knowing why the GitHub-native connection is the real edge, and which habits a modern developer needs when agents run in parallel.

Cecilia Wirén - From Prompting to Teaching: GitHub Copilot Agent Skills
GitHub Copilot is good at writing code, but it does not automatically know how you, your team, or your organization prefer to work. Agent Skills give you a way to package that knowledge into reusable capabilities that Copilot can use when needed.
But what should actually become a skill? Where should skills live? How do you share them between developers, repositories, and teams? And how do they relate to custom instructions, prompts, and agents?
We will also go beyond GitHub Copilot and look at the open Agent Skills standard, how skills can be reused across different AI assistants, and where you can find existing skills instead of building everything yourself.
