# The Poelker Brothers Band

Who are we? We are lovers and admirers of music! We revel in it's the transcendental and unifying nature. If we could eat and drink it, we would. In particular, we share an appreciation for 60s-80s Rock, though we also enjoy and play variations of the genre and pull from other decades. Our setlist has cover songs ranging from The Allman Brothers Band, The Beatles, and The Rolling Stones to even some Greenday and Alanis Morissette -- we cater to a broad range of tastes!

Our band consists of 5 full time members: Kevin (guitar/bass), Mark (drums), Jamie (bass/guitar), Tony (vocals/acoustic guitar), and Natasha (vocals/ keyboard). We are set up to play at bars, restaurants, private parties, concerts, and all sorts of events (including low key). Though we aren't biological brothers, we are family. Kevin Poelker has lived and breathed music his entire life. During the pandemic, Kevin started playing his favorite tunes with his son, Mark Poelker and Mark's best friend, Jamie Prince, who grew up in the musical madness of the Poelker Residence. They are a talented trio, but for our band to officially form, the family had to grow. Friends introduced Tony Marinacci, our lead male vocalist, and it took no time for him to become an essential part of the Brothers, who now had a strong voice that opened new musical opportunities. Though our band's sound was growing strong and our talents flourishing as we explored music together, it seemed the Brothers could use a feminine touch. Tony introduced his friend Natasha Cabernite, who has been singing and playing the piano since she was a little girl. Once we all played together for the first time, we knew. We knew that our puzzle was now complete and that we were ready to expand our horizons and share our multi-generational interpretation of songs we all know and love with the public.

The Poelker Brothers have a profound love for music, so we often welcome featured artists to join us on stage for a few songs! Brian Poelker and Veronica Poelker (also Kevin's kids/Mark's siblings) often join us with their talents, which some might say were genetically transferred. However, growing up at the Poelker residence, though English was spoken, music has always been the native language
