Violi has partnered with the Greek culinary superstar, Chef Athinagoras Kostakos. The award-winning, internationally-acclaimed Chef will apply island cooking techniques. Simple dishes with bold flavors that rely on the quality of their ingredients rather than overly complicated sauces are a highlight of the cuisine served.
