Capital Grille Wagu & Wine Event

Join us for Capital Grille’s annual Wagu Burger & Wine Pairing event ($35).

Choice of:

Grille's Wagyu Cheeseburger: Topped with grilled onions, steak sauce, and Vermont white cheddar; paired with Faust Cabernet Sauvignon.

Wagyu Blue Cheese and Black Truffle Burger: Topped with cabernet-braised red onions; paired with Leviathan Red Blend or Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.

Wagyu Mushroom and Swiss Burger: Topped with sautéed shiitake and cremini mushrooms, Jarlsberg cheese, and truffle aioli; paired with Flowers Pinot Noir.

You can also mix and match the wines if you don't like the pairing that is offered.
