Al Piecuch is a seasoned Realtor and Real Estate Investor with over 20 years of experience. For the past seven years, he has specialized in buying and selling vacant lots in North Port, Florida—completing over 500 transactions and generating more than $3.0 million in profit, all while
enjoying the freedom of semi-retirement. Without a traditional pension, Al has creatively built recurring income by offering owner financing through ‘Contract for Deed’ arrangements. This approach not only supports his lifestyle but has also allowed him and his wife to travel the world—including more than 55 cruises to over 100 countries.

Gabriel Penton is a real estate sales associate in FL and graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelors in Entrepreneurship and minor in Real Estate. He began wholesaling properties 3 years ago, and for the past 12 months has focused almost exclusively on the land market of Port Charlotte, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral. His main clientele is small scale builders, and foreign investors with a land banking portfolio. He has closed close to 200 lots and worked on multiple large land packages that have closed with multiple buyer entities simultaneously.

eff Tumbarello has been a real estate investor since 1997, with hands-on experience across nearly every aspect of investment transactions. Known for his versatility, sharp market insight, and reliable execution, Jeff has built a strong track record—participating in over 400 lot transactions in the past four years alone through various LLCs and partnerships, primarily between North Port and Naples. He is also actively involved in the Georgia real estate market.
Jeff serves as the Broker and Co-Owner of Steelbridge Realty, Director of the Southwest Florida Real Estate Investment Association (SWFL REIA), and Manager of Venture Investment Partners. His investment experience spans residential, land, commercial real estate, distressed property acquisitions, and non-performing note investing, making him a trusted authority in Florida’s real estate investment community.
