Robert Zivkovic began investing in real estate at the age of 19 while still in the United States Marine Corps. He started Zivkovic & Associates Real Estate Services, LLC as a natural progression for his clients in 2004. With 32 years of real estate experience, Robert guides his team of experienced managers and staff to provide the highest level of service for our clients. He owns a portfolio of his own properties and lends funds privately to investors. He is always looking for the next opportunity.
Robert is a regular speaker to real estate investment groups and is often sought after to provide investment analysis and advice. He has trained a long list of managers who now populate the SWFL real estate landscape.
In addition to being a trusted resource in SW Florida, Robert is an active community member. Whether it is volunteering on various public committees, or donating to local organizations, Zivkovic & Associates gives back to the community whenever possible by supporting school athletic programs, scholarship awards, the City of Cape Coral’s Shop with a Cop Program, and most recently the Brotherhood of Heroes, Guardian Angels for Special Populations, Araba Shriners, and Lifeline Family Center, through the Leadership Cape Coral fundraiser.
