The panelists will share real-world experiences and lessons from their deals. What did they buy? Why did they buy it? What was the original plan? What actually happened? What would they do differently today?
And one of the most important questions:
Knowing what you know today, would you buy the same deal again at the same price?
Come prepared with questions. This will be an interactive discussion focused on practical information you can use in your own real estate business.

Non-Members: $45
Admission includes finger foods and non-alcoholic drinks. Because of the short-notice venue change, food may be something simple like pizza and salad. The important part is getting everyone together and keeping the October meeting on schedule.
