Special Access Guided Hike at Rattlesnake Hammock Preserve
Details
Limited Availability: Only 2 Guest Passes
Join me for a special-access guided hike through Rattlesnake Hammock Preserve, a 37-acre Conservation Collier property that is currently closed to the public.
We’ll be accompanied by a Conservation Collier land manager who will guide us through this protected property, introducing us to its diverse ecosystems and the native plants, birds, and wildlife that depend on them.
The preserve includes hardwood hammocks, pine uplands, cypress swamps, and freshwater marshes. Despite its urban surroundings, this important habitat supports wildlife including Florida panthers, black bears, white-tailed deer, and numerous bird species.
What to Expect
- A guided nature hike led by a Conservation Collier land manager.
- Special access to a preserve not currently open to the public.
- Opportunities to learn about local wildlife, wetlands, and habitat conservation.
- Natural terrain with potentially wet or muddy conditions depending on rainfall.
Location: 6371 Adkins Avenue, Naples, FL 34112
Important Reservation Information
I have only TWO additional passes available for this special-access hike. Attendance is strictly limited to those with confirmed passes. A Meetup RSVP alone does not guarantee admission.
Please RSVP only if you are certain you can attend. Once the two spaces are filled, registration will close.
This is a unique opportunity to experience a protected Collier County preserve before it opens for general public access.
