## Start at Dover Priory station. 9 miles along the chalk cliffs, at times on top of them and at times at their foot, with glorious views and several swimming possibilities. This is walk 23 from 'Wild Swimming Walks' reversed so the tide times allow it to be modified to go along the foreshore between Samphire Hoe and The Warren; note that this part is shingle or rocky underfoot. Suggested train from London 9:07 from St Pancras, arrives Dover Priory 10:14. 18:30 is an estimated finish time. All welcome, wear whatever you usually walk in and bring whatever you like to swim in and a packed lunch. You both walk and swim at your own risk, the leader is an experienced walk leader and wild swimmer but has no formal qualification and there is no insurance.
Start at Littlehampton station. 8.5 miles via sandy West Beach and the Arun valley to picturesque Arundel. This is walk 28 from 'Wild Swimming Walks' reversed and modified so the tide will allow swimming in the Arun as well as in the sea. Suggested train 8:12 from Victoria, arrives Littlehampton 10:02. Finish time of 18:00 is an estimate. All welcome, wear whatever you usually walk in and bring whatever you like to swim in and a packed lunch. You both walk and swim at your own risk, the leader is an experienced walk leader and wild swimmer but has no formal qualification and there is no insurance.
