Can you already swim 400 meters competently? Not quite a swim run but great regular training for anyone contemplating an ocean swim. 7:30 -8:30 pm at Cameron Pools, Mount Roskill, join in with the Roskill Masters Swimming Club for an hour - your first try-out session is free. I swim with Roskill Masters Swimming Club (age range 20 - 80 plus) We hire 4-5 lanes of the 25m pool for a one hour coached session, where we'll swim around 2 km doing different sets and exercises during the session. We welcome new people to come along and try a session for three times before deciding on joining the club. As a bonus your first session is free, yes even your pool entry is covered in that zero cost ! 😄 Start getting in swim shape for the summer, come along on a Monday night!
