Bio: Anastasia is a dedicated professional with a strong passion for Integrated Business Planning (IBP). Currently serving as the Head of Integrated Business Planning at Merck in the Life Science sector, she oversees the governance and implementation of the IBP process. With a background in Pharma as well as leading FMCG companies such as Unilever UK and Nestlé Nespresso CH, Anastasia has varied experience in Supply Chain management. Her main objective is to drive process enhancements, ensuring an enjoyable and engaging IBP experience for all stakeholders while delivering value to the organization. She graduated University of Business Administration in Germany Frankfurt and is certified in APICS CPIM and CSCP.

Title: Managing forecasting expectations in a large FMCG company
Speaker: Marcel Baumgartner, Data Analytics Specialist, Nestlé
Bio: Marcel Baumgartner works for Nestlé since 1994, in its headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. Nestlé is the world's leading Nutrition, Health and Wellness company. He has a diploma as an applied mathematician from the "Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne" (www.epfl.ch), Switzerland, and a masters in Statistics from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN, US. He worked as a statistician at the Nestlé R&D Center in Lausanne, then was the global lead for Demand Planning Performance and Statistical Forecasting within the corporate Supply Chain function. Since November 2014, he focuses on providing Data Analytics capabilities for internal auditors. He was the former president of the Swiss Statistical Society, and now teaches at the Management School of the University of Lausanne.
