Women’s Networking Evening in Geneva with Swiss & the City

Hello dear ladies!

We’re excited to announce the very first Expat Women Networking Evening in Geneva — a friendly and empowering event bringing together women from diverse backgrounds to connect, share experiences, and support each other’s journeys.

👩‍💼 About the hosts:
Anna is an IT expert who immigrated to Spain 11 years ago and is currently based in Barcelona. She has successfully navigated the local job market and overcome multiple immigration challenges. Over the past year, she has built a local community of over 400 women and serves as an active ambassador for an international mentoring and networking platform in Barcelona, Spain, organizing women’s networking events focused on professional growth and mutual support.

Yevgeniya is a Swiss-based graduate who has been living in Switzerland for the past 3 years. After several interviews for various positions — including with the United Nations — she recently received an internship offer. She also runs @swiss_glimpse, a social media blog with over 13,000 followers, where she shares insights about Swiss life, career experiences, and cultural adaptation as an international professional.

✨ About the event:
This is the first edition in Geneva, marking the beginning of a new networking initiative inspired by the success of similar events in Barcelona. We will be discussing challenges when undergoing job interviews, local HRs expectations, how to shape your CV and navigate the bureaucracy issues.
