Swiss Chan Circle – Breathwork
Details
Description
呼七盘八 (Hū Qī Pán Bā) is a rhythmic breathwork method rooted in traditional Daoist breathing practice. The name refers to a specific inhale-exhale ratio pattern (exhale in 7 counts, circulate in 8) designed to stimulate the body's natural energy circulation and bring the nervous system into a state of deep rest and renewal.
In this guided session, you will be introduced to the foundational breathing sequence, practiced lying or seated in a comfortable position. Many participants report a profound sense of calm, tingling warmth, or emotional release during and after the practice.
No special equipment or prior breathing practice is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to be still.
