Description:
PowerShell modules evolve constantly — features change, bugs are fixed, and behavior shifts. While updating a module is easy, understanding the impact of updates is not. Outdated modules risk lost functionality, while rushed updates can introduce subtle breaking changes.
In this demo-focused session, we explore a practical approach to tracking meaningful module changes without notification overload. Using the PackageUpdateInfo module, we show how to detect and report relevant differences between versions.
