Amidst the Ancient Trees Review [Lausanne Call of Cthulhu One-Shot English]

The peace and quiet of 1920’s Bennington, Vermont had been ruptured. A night-time shootout between some gangsters and local police had resulted in one officer down, and Ms. Jane Lucas kidnapped, and the perps vanished into the forest! Jane was the daughter of Mr. Carl Lucas, one of Bennington’s largest employers, and so concern over her well-being was naturally the talk of the town. The day after the shooting, search parties were quickly organized and sent out to find her.

Beginners welcome. This game will take 2 sessions to finish (second date to discuss with the formed group).

• What to expect (One-Shot)
This game is a Call of Cthulhu one-shot intended for beginner and experienced CoC players. This scenario should take around 2 sessions of 3 to 4 hours, the players will create their own characters.

• Character Creation
Character creation will be handled in the beginning of the game. Ideally over discord but we can allocate a slot at the beginning of the first session.

• Join our Discord
In order to receive information from the GM on the adventure, ask your questions and meet your fellow adventuring friends, please join our Discord server (https://discord.swissrpg.ch/ ). Please link your Meetup and Discord profiles to gain access to the channel by going to the #hyperion channel and type "@hyperion link meetup".

• Important note (One-Shots)
We have a lot of members who would like to join games but less offer than the demand. For fairness of giving everyone a chance to play, please avoid registering too many One-Shots. If you're already scheduled to play in a game, consider giving others a chance to sign up first.

• What to bring
Pencils, dice (if you don't have any, others can lend you some). As this is a venue please consume some drinks.
