Alistair Cockburn will start the evening with one of his specialities: Agile Q&A with Stories. He has a story for almost every topic! Try to challenge him a bit.

For the second part, Arnaud L'Hôte, experienced Agile Coach, will give a workshop to introduce EPIC prioritization via WSJF and play the Portfolio Prioritisation.

You will play the SAFe City Simulation to give experiential learning in the areas of SAFe Portfolio prioritisation, SAFe Program level prioritisation and roadmapping, and the SAFe PI Planning event.

ARNAUD L'HOTE
Arnaud is an agile coach and change agent with a strong architecture background and good knowledge of software engineering practices.
As a SAFe Program Consultant I am working with Companies in several industries to improve their productivity and results as well as employee motivation.
