Talk 2 : Unlocking Supply Chain Insights: Semantic Search and Visual Analytics with KNIME and Elasticsearch by Elisabeth Richter

This session showcases how KNIME can be used to build an interactive dashboard powered by data retrieved from an Elasticsearch index. Using a supply chain dataset, we’ll demonstrate how to filter and explore data through dynamic widgets in KNIME. The app can also optionally include a semantic search feature, leveraging Elasticsearch models like ELSER and E5 to enhance retrieval. This use case highlights how search and visual analytics come together in KNIME to support smarter decision-making.
