• Tony Hibbert of Holistic Risk Management introduces the session. Provides comprehensive insights into identifying various AI risks and implementing effective risk management practices.
• Walter van Holst of Hooghiemstra & Partners talks about Notions of risk in the EU AI Act, GDPR, and information security. Walter will map out the risk concepts that have to be unified under the AI Act since it contains its own presumptions of high-risk as well as refers to both GDPR and information security risks. He will also touch upon how comprehensive AI risk management is required under the AI Act.
• Johan Wouters of Calvin Risk AG talks about The Calvin AI Validation software solution. Calvin manages AI risks by (a) gathering model, data, and use case information across the business, (b) applying standardized quality metrics to your predictive or generative AI system, and (c) reporting results to internal approvers and auditors.
